Terrible experience..its not a great place as they are over expensive on all of their stock..its ok just to pick up a loaf or milk but not to rely on.

I been coming in the shop in the afternoon or early evening and i find the staff very friendly and welcoming, but for first time i went in to shop in morning last thursday 20 oct:, to find the woman staff member very rude to me

I’ve been in 4 times in the past 2 weeks. 3/4 times being served by the same member of staff who has a real attitude problem. I’ve purchased my items no problem but when it comes to dropping off yodel parcels she becomes instantly hostile and rude. I stick my barcode labels to the parcels as it prevents multiple parcels getting muddled and stops the queue from being held up while I fumble through emails finding the correct barcodes. This is a practice I use regularly in other collect+ plus points with no issue and have even done this in the same store with another member of staff with no issue. Scan the barcode, print the label, stick it to the parcel, no big deal. Every time I’ve encountered this member of staff she is flat out rude stating ‘don’t do this’, ‘this is pointless’, rolling her eyes etc. On one occasion my point was proved as she aggressively started removing the barcodes then proceeded to get the labels completely muddled and tried to send multiple parcels to the wrong addresses. It was the last straw Wednesday morning (yesterday) when she went out of her way to be as rude as she could, rolling her eyes, openly tutting in front of a queue full of people. If it made any difference to what she had to do I wouldn’t do it but all I’m doing is placing the barcode onto the parcel rather than showing it on my phone, there’s no need for hostility. After she was rude to me on the first occasion I was dubious to come back but thought perhaps that we all have off days but when this occurred the second and third time too it has made me want to avoid this shop like the plague. I just want to post the occasional parcel I shouldn’t have to face unjustified rudeness.

Nice and friendly staff at this small high street convenience store. The best bit for us is that they have several fridges dedicated to Cookfood frozen meals!

Husband brought me a a coke home and safety ring was snapped. I phoned to let the store know and was offered to have it replaced but declined as we're already home. Just be careful and check your bottles as someone may be messing with the stock

Just tried the new snappy shopper App ...... which kept me updated about my delivery, also a helpful staff member kindly called to update me on my order and the App tells you when it's on the way....friendly local lady delivered. Delivery in not much more than an hour from ordering! AMAZING service.
