My favourite Farmshop. A mouth watering variety of fresh produce, veg, fruit, meat and dairy, with what can only be described as condiment city! Such a wonderful array of dry goods,, artisan drinks and local produce, gifts, plants and yummy cakes too. Perfect for hamper gifts and foodie lover's presents. Café, ample parking and loos. (Only discovered today, the outside loo off the terrace has a heated floor!!!!)
Went to get local apples and other goodies. Also had a lovely lunch. Beef lasagne and cheese and spinach souffle. Very nice.

I often go here at the weekend to get myself fresh fruit and veg. Extremely good selection of not only fruit and veg but also meat, jams and bread. If I'm not in a rush I also pop into the cafe where the products are freshly cooked and sourced locally. I now get on quite well with all the friendly staff and I have no hesitation to recommend washingpool again and again. Pretty good for a Friday fry up!
