Fantastic meal for our big group. I have always had excellent takeaways from here but wanted to try eating in for my Birthday meal. I was not disappointed - food cooked to perfection, really light and excellent portion sizes. Service friendly. Thank you, we will be back!

Lovely evening as always. Food delicious and service friendly. Really appreciated that there wasn’t any loud music as often difficult for those with a hearing impairment to follow the conversation. Hadn’t told them it was a birthday dinner but they picked up on this and gave Dad ice cream and banana fritters with a candle. Nice touch.
Just love this restaurant. Ning and her staff are always so friendly. Excellent service and exceptional food. Great venue for meeting up with our friends and guaranteed to have a good night. Would always recommend ??

The food is delicious. For drinks we did have to keep calling someone over so service wasn't anything to write home about but with the food being so delicious, I do look forward to my next visit.

I generally order the same thing at most Thai restaurants so that I can compare and contrast. Tom kai soup, dim sum, chicken panang curry and sticky rice. I used to go to a restaurant in Ringwood called Alisala Thai but it suddenly closed about 10 years ago (now an Italian). This was the best, luckily I found this one as this is very similar and authentic. I would definitely suggest the soup for a starter as its so nice. Dim sum is also nice...and so is the price! £8 which is very expensive for 3 small pieces (owner is planning on increasing it to 4 pieces). Compared to most other Thai restaurants in the area at £6.95 for more pieces that are bigger. The Panang and sticky rice is really nice, the flavours are multilayered and exceptional! The restaurant has a nice clean atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and warm, they make you feel very welcome and appreciate your custom. It is expensive compared to other Thai restaurants, the dishes are very nice. Other restaurants give value for money. The other restaurants in the area can be a little bit inconsistent in their quality of dishes. Food quality food found at Tiien is really nice and IS consistent in top tier flavours, its been the same for the last 10+ years since we have been going. Overall, I feel this is my favourite Thai restaurant, in my opinion, some dishes are too small and don't represent value for money, I'd like to see a bit more on the plate and less coming out of my wallet. I understand inflation has effected prices but other restaurants can do it without effecting quality largely. I'm trying to give a fair experience for my review. I keep coming back because of the flavours, the atmosphere at the restaurant and how nice the staff are. Such a lovely bunch of people. I like seeing the chefs cooking at the other end of the restaurant too.

We have been coming to Tiien Thai since they opened 12 years ago and we absolutely love it! The food is delicious, colourful and always super fresh! The staff are very friendly especially Ning who is dedicated to providing excellent service. As a family who eat regularly around Dorset, we all agree that it is hard to find a better meal out. In conclusion, you should definitely eat here.
