Staff are always really nice here and although my frappe seems to get made slightly differently every time, it's kinda fun not knowing how it's going to be and it always tastes great anyway especially after the gym.
Staff here are always friendly and polite, spacious seating inside and out, always seems to be well staffed.. I’ve dropped a star because they are not on it when it comes to cleaning the tables and floors as often as they should, often have to hunt around for a cleared and clean one

Lovely coffee-especially the new Christmas range. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff.Vegetarian options: There are options here but I am not vegetarian.Parking: Free parking up to 5 hours on non match days and 2 hours on match days.Wheelchair accessibility: This is ground floor entry into Next. Costa Coffee on 1st floor but there is a lift. There are also escalators up and down
