“Food was delicious but I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long to be served. We waited over 30mins for a panini although our 1st coffee was served right away so had no coffee left to wash it down. We then ordered another coffee to have with the cake that we’d been served along with the 1st one which took over 10mins for us to be served that one. Speed of food preparation needs to improve a lot”
