“21/01/26 : A blustery wet Wednesday & in need of some breakfast, where do you go when in Christchurch? Arcado Lounge of course.
We were greeted at the door with a very warm welcome from a new member of staff in training. Shown to a table & asked if we had any dietary requirements, to which a Gluten Free menu was provided. There was no fuss with the ordering & no real time delays before receiving our breakfast & hot drinks order. We were not disappointed with our meals, both fresh & flavoursome, no complaints from us.
Its a lounge bar, a similar decor as most, just in a different location, so you know what you are getting.
The team during our visit were helpful, chatty & customer friendly, nothing seemed to be any trouble.
So another enjoyable & successful visit to a Lounge location with a great staff team.

“We went for a children's party where they could make their own pizzas.
They stretched the dough and chose their toppings, which they were allowed to apply, liberally.
It was very exciting for them to then eat their own creations.
The staff were very kind and accommodating.
I was left impressed, considering this is a chain.
My Son and Niece said it was the best party they've been to.
