Shocked! ordered big mac meal! It was far from big! I haven't had macca for 6 months was shocked at the size of the burger, chips were cold, salad was all lettuce, not nice lettuce!

EVERY.SINGLE.TIME myself or my family visit the Drive-Thru they get the order wrong, and of course a lot of times you're home before you realise. We've been using this branch since it opened as it's quite local, the food itself is great, the staff are even better. But there's something up with the Drive-Thru process, it must be the process because the people have changed time and again. I've complained about it, nothing changes. So I've taken to using the Click and Serve - this gives the staff the time to get things right, sure it takes a minute or two longer but it's worth the wait.

This is a great place to take your kids out with a very cheap and fun alternative. Includes a park good for different ages and it's indoors, I wish there were more MC Donald's with parks around Bournemouth. These are very handy on rainy days. Good atmosphere and of course cheap options.Parking: Usually plenty of spaces available and for free.Kid-friendliness: Tablets to play and the indoor park that kids loved!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Great place to take young kids as they have a fabulous indoor play area! The hardest thing is dragging the kids away when it’s time to go!But you can sit and watch the kids play through the window and keep an eye on them. When we go the kids wolf down their food as they just want to get on the play area ?

Service was excellent, especially Danny who had a cheerful disposition & certainly had an excellent attitude.He helped me process my order and arranged the orderedmeal to be brought to me. Service with a smile made a huge difference!My cheeseburger was disappointing. It had very little garnish & the roll wasn't good quality. Next time I'd rather pay more & order a larger meal with chicken & check that there is more salad garnish.My Latté was great.Food & drink were hot, atmosphere good so cannot complain. Children nearby were so excited to open their boxes of Happy Meals.
This is an absolutely dreadful place. The manager was incredibly rude, the staff overworked and enervated, and a significant amount of trouble there with anti-social activity. Whole area is a bit of a toilet: I should have known better than to go there.
