I love their scoop shakes.I have noticed tremendous change in texture and consistency recently. Which is absolutely a disaster. It won't taste like earlier. Disappointed!!

THE BEST DESSERTS IN DORSET! The staff were kind, so many ice cream flavours to choose from and so many toppings, crepes are delicious. Toilets are clean. If you ever feel sad, just get a dessert from here. Everyone should come here!

Very good milkshake and service was quite fast. Staff were not very happy but other than that would recommend if you fancy something sweet!

I love creams and have been before but on mine and my boyfriend's anniversary, we went here and had waffles and they were just a bit disappointing. They were lukewarm and very big compared to how much ice cream we got. I would recommend creams but not the waffles

I AM FUMING THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE THEY WERE RUDE AND IGNORED US FOR A HOUR WE SAT THERE MY TWO KIDS JOHN AND MARY WHO ARE BOTH TWO WHERE CRYING BC THEY WERE THIRSTY AND WE COULDN’T ORDER AT ALL WE TRIED TALKING TO THE MANGER BUT THEY WHERE RUDE AS HELL I WILL NEVER EVER BE COMING BACK HERE MY CHILDREN AND SCARED OF HOW THE STAFF TREAD MY YOUNG ONES NEXT TIME WE WILL BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE I AM FUMING HOW COULD U TREAT KIDS LIKE THIS NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE ?????????????

Incapable of following a simple order and didn’t even acknowledge their mistake until it was pointed out to them, then blamed it on me for the mistake. Poor service and didn’t even apologies.

Was recommended to us by friends as we were away on holiday. Not the cheapest of ice creams, but they looked and tasted amazing. The staff were nice and friendly and we didn’t wait long for them to be made.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Been here twice now and both times it wasn't open when it said it would be. Stupidly late opening times, and even when they're supposed to be open, they aren't. No signs on the doors to explain why they're closed. Total let down! Ruined our trips to Dorchester!

The food and location is wonderful but the service i received was appalling.There was a very large teenage staff member who was rude and eating the products.I would have rated more but he put me off my food.

Great variety on the menu. Gorgeous ice xreams and shakes. Polite staff. Only thing I will say is if it was bigger, more tables etc they would easily fill it. Love the decor and the fact they have movies playing most of the time.
First time ive been and to be honest i wont be rushing back.Pricey in my opinion.To be charged £1 for 1, yes 1 ferrero rocher as a "topping" is taking tje proverbial!

Service was pretty quick, staff were friendly. Kids had a blast choosing from so many flavours and as for me... we'll you can never go wrong with an oreo shake!

Food was fine however service isn't great. My son asked several times and politely for a takeaway cup for his slushie, to which he was either ignored or shunned off. He went to till area where 3 members of staff ignored him, and served people in the queue who arrived after him. When he finally got asked what he wanted he requested as follows.... "Can I please get a takeaway cup for my drink" response you'll have to order after the manager has served these customers first..... Then still got ignored. I then had to ask a waitress for it and no apology despite that fact I said he'd been ignored and stood at till for 5mins. Sort it out!!

Got the Knickerbocker Glory Sundae, which was ok. I'm still not really sure how to process what happened... The guy brought over our desserts and we started to eat them, as you do, and then after about 5 minutes the guy comes up (no gloves on) and goes "I'm sorry, I forgot to put banana on it" and before I can say anything, he puts the banana on my sundae and just walks off...
