Went in earlier, 7 members of staff just stood there talking. Didn't feel welcome at all. Walked right out. I've not had nandos for 15 years and I remember it was good.. so I was looking forward to it.. went to the Brewhouse up the road.. was a great decision in the end.. never again will I step foot in a nandos

We went there for a family dinner but staff wasn't friendl and not welcoming... There were lots of empty tables but lady said that they are busy and short of staff. 45 mins wait. I guess they don't want many customers as it's a big chain and they get paid regardless of customer number. I think it's so rude and worrying. Hope that a manager or area responsible is reading this. Short of staff is not an excuse to turn away family customer. My daughters were hungry. She simply didn't care because it's not her business and staff is not happy if they are busy... I probably never go there again.. Shame on you Nandos Dorchester. Be careful who you employ. Some of them are damaging your good business and your name.

Arrived with a group of 3 friends to be greeted by a lovely gentleman inside to order takeaway the manager then approached and asked me some strange questions and then started getting very aggressive with me then started to shout at me. Think she needs to sort her life out and not take it out on other ps the chicken was lovely

Was very nice the staff were very helpful and friendly . Good service lovely fresh food was certainly worth the wait once the ticket issue had been rectified . I would definitely recommend and would definitely go there again .

Another lovely experience at Nando's.\\n\\nGood covid precautions, tables thoroughly cleaned prior to use, single use menus, remote ordering and staff bring cutlery, refillable drinks, sauces etc to stop people heading inside.\\n\\nNice undercover, but airy seating, sunny in the afternoon.\\n\\nWill definitely return, helped by NHS discount which is nice.
