We spent a week in Dorchester, and just gravitated to this pub ! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, even books and games. Perfect to while away a particularly wet afternoon playing cards . Oh and really good music! ?

Nice pub for a cheeky pint

There's a beer garden. Which is pretty chill with a few pints. Plus the added fun of watching your step once you've left trying not to fall into river.

A very enjoyable pub in the centre of Dorchester with a great choice of beers & a variety of wraps served from the kitchen at rear of the pub

Ive been here a few times and always had a pleasant experience so have enjoyed music nights, food and beer here. It’s a distinctive friendly local pub, with decent real ales and ciders at reasonable prices. Music nights are definitely worth checking out, though its equally good for a visit as a couple or with friends. No intrusive sky TV, just a. Good ‘pub atmosphere’ and a great place to visit for a few, or. Few too many pints. Lovely little pub.
