Wagamama Dorchester offer an incredibly friendly environment. My father is disabled and they went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The food is delicious and all the staff are excellent.Dietary restrictions: Staff went out of their way to be accommodating to my nut allergy, even though they're already a nut-free restaurant!

The young waiting staff were attentive...However the 2 senior staff were less so.The GM was doing as little as possible.When a fish bone was nearly choked on by my partner, the AGM said it was from a fish which was outsourced... No suggestion of a refund.I said I wasn't taking that as a reason, and she finally adjusted the bill.Then the GM, when we left, was extremely chatty to my partner's mum...If she wants to chat so much to people she may be better suited to a telephony job...Unfortunately the ratings reflect the senior staff...

This Wagamama was the best I've been to EVER!. The head chef came to our table and spoke about what we had ordered and my daughter said she loved the side salad , the Chef then came back with a huge bowl of salad and a bottle of his own signature dressing for her to take home free of charge !!! . The staff were attentive and worked so hard . The food was impeccable and hot and the whole experience was top notch !!

Lovely food and great service. Took the family (children 6-16) all had a good meal. Also.able to pay online which saved waited for a bill. So when finished we could just leave.Kid-friendliness: The children's menu was great, the noodles were plain and had the sauce on the side so they could choose to have it which was perfect for my youngest

We came here for my son’s birthday dinner. The wrong food was sent out to him twice, by which point the rest of us had finished eating - so we gave up and went home. A real disappointment and a bit of a rubbish end to his birthday.

Rohan - the Manager - was delightful. Polite, patient and extremely helpful. We had never visited Wagamamas before so were not entirely sure how the ordering process worked and indeed what some of the dishes were. He took time to explain and was very patient with my indecisiveness. He made my ‘21st’ (hahaha - if only) birthday a very special experience. Highly recommend this establishment. My husband, myself and our young son (7) were made to feel at ease, unrushed and truly special. Thank you Rohan - we had a blast and will be back very soon.
We came to wagamamas at half 7 in the evening, which was prime time. We waited a maximum of 10 mins for a table. Once we got to our table we was greeted by Dan. He was absolutely out of this world. He helped us decide what to eat, giving his own opinion on things on the menu ( which we wanted). He was smiling the whole time, even though we was indecisive, he had a lot of patience. I think without Dan, it would have got a 3 star rating AT A PUSH.

We visited on a Thursday evening and it was heaving! We waited about half an hour for a table. Once seated, service was incredibly slow. We were sitting near to the bar and could see our drinks orders waiting for us for about 10 minutes before we could get our waiters attention to bring them over. He seemed nice enough, just very stretched. My partner had to go off to find a fork for one of the kids as there was no one around to ask.Food wise, it was the best vegan pad Thai I've ever had. Just much better than the usual Wagamama dish.

Came here for lunch with my friend before going away. Great food and great service, chill atmosphere and clean and tidy restaurant. The staff were all great. Huge shout out to our server Enya for being incredibly friendly and helpful, made us feel looked after for our whole visit.

Very friendly staff. Food as good as always. Unnecessary need for a "trained" member of staff to take my order because I was asking for rice noodles because I don't tolerate gluten. I know they are protecting themselves but when you say you are not allergic/Coeliac they could probably be a little more relaxed
