I rate the food 6 out of 10. Tried it once wouldn’t go back again. Didn’t do fresh garlic and garlic a cheap ingredient. Gave us chicken wings with no plates. The starter was alright the main pizza with dry and not a good experience I rate the pizza 6 out of 10 there other places are much better. Drinks are expensive.

Adam was our waiter, he was fantastic. It was like the restaurant was his- in a good way. Took pride in the food, attention to us was perfect… he should get a bonus!!Food was great, especially the dessert ? will definitely visit again

Nice food but let down by abysmal service every time we have been here. This time and the last time we visited, our booked table was not ready on time. They apologised but after that, rushed us to order and then spent so long at the end to bring a bill, that we almost left out of sheer boredom. Over 30 mins to bring a bill?! Avoid.

Visited on a weekday at lunchtime, so it wasn't too busy. Chose the three course festive menu, which was good value for money. The food was very tasty and the service prompt. The restaurant has nice decor and a pleasant atmosphere. Our waiter, George, was friendly and efficient.

Food absolutely delicious and very generous portions. Extremely friendly staff. There is only one minus regarding zillioners coupons as it doesn't really go well when you go with few friends and all of you got any coupons. I was a bit surprised there was no possibility to split the check so everyone could accordingly use their coupons. Anyway would strongly recommend this place.Parking: Lot of free parking after 6pm

We had dinner at this Zizzi. It has a good atmosphere and we were greeted by a cheerful pleasant receptionist who showed us to our table. Our waitress was fabulous - friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. we chose chicken dishes which were delicious and beautifully presented. The price was very reasonable. We will return.

This Dorchester restaurant is so busy you have to book at busy times. We often come here and it just gets better. The food last night was amazing! We had garlic bread, pizza, pasta and a seafood pasta. We all had pudding too. The new raspberry and gin cheesecake is the best pudding I've had in ages. The dessert menu now has many more options. Service was great, we had a really enjoyable evening!
My partner and I enjoyed a delicious meal here on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were very polite and the table service was very fast. There was an option to order food and pay using a QR code, however as I had booked online and informed the staff that we had food allergies / intolerances, we were waited at our table and allergy information was also available. We ordered Pasta crisps, my partner had the Chicken Milanese and I had the Vegan Lasagne, which had a very rich tomato sauce. I really enjoyed this! We already look forward to our next visit.

I don’t mind Zizzi restaurants as I am lover of Italian food but haven’t found a restaurant in over 8 years that has been amazing until we came here for dinner! Came on a Saturday evening around 8pm and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. We decided to order a selection of different food to share for our anniversary and it was absolutely spot on! Fonduta Formaggi King Prawn Spiedini with Seafood Sauce Rustica Piccante King Prawn Linguine Brownie & Honeycomb Pizzette It was hot, fresh and delicious. Haven’t enjoyed a meal like that in so long. Our waitress was very good and the food took no more than 10minutes to come out.

Very stressed young waiter. He didn’t bring us the usual crisps to nibble. I asked for a jug of water. We were given 1 glass to share. Not 2 glasses and a jug. We did already have wine !! After we had finished our main. He came and took away our plates and did not ask us if we would like to see the dessert menu or even ask if everything was okay with our meal. He just walked off. !! Better service at a roadside cafe ?. This young waiter let you down Zizzi. Not what we are used too at your restaurant
