A great cafe on-site at the Arena Business Centre, always really quick and friendly service and they are always well stocked. It is spotlessly clean, you can eat inside or outside or take away and they open up early for breakfast which is really useful sometimes too!The service is great, always good for a joke/banter whilst they prepare your food.Highly recommend!!
What a wonderful experience at C - Is for Cafe. Family run business and ever so welcoming. I am a true Costa fan through and through but I must admit, the coffee that Clivina serves is 10/10 and on par, if not better than Costa. Great customer service and a true delight to visit. I would highly recommend!!!!

I visited this lovely cafe today while visiting a customer on the estate. The owner is so welcoming and friendly and her hand made sausage rolls are to die for! I will definitely be visiting again!
