Ordered meal at 7 pm for 8:30 (local delivery). Nothing had arrived by 8:50pm - phoned them and they said they were very busy and hadn’t even started preparing my food. It would be at least another 30 minutes. When I asked why they hadn’t sent me a message or called their response was “we didn’t have your number “. ( That’s total rubbish- they had acknowledged my order by SMS at 7pm ). No apology from them and cancelled the order. Went to Wok & Fry Glenmoor Rd West Parley. - delicious!!

Unbelievable shocking service! I rang up earlier and was told my delivery would be under an hour! Over a hour had passed and still no delivery, after the 5th time of calling they finally answered and after a few minutes of trying to find out where my delivery was they said “oh so sorry we haven’t even cooked yet” and said it would be a hour and a half on top. I asked why hasn’t it been cooked and why was I lied to when I originally ordered and the rude man on the phone was so arrogant and made out I was stupid and have hearing problems! I didn’t receive a single apology.Top wok? I think it should be called Top W**ker. Never ordering again.

Placed a telephone delivery order at 5:50pm and had to call at 7:25pm to see where the delivery was as we were told at ordering it was under an hour wait. They hadn’t even started cooking it when we called. Sadly this isn’t the first time we have had timing issues with this place and we won’t be using again. I wouldn’t

Your better ringing as Web site delivery times are always wrong however food is very good but waited 1hr 40 both times i ordered online when delivery time stated was 1 hr.

I very rarely get Chinese but I just fancied it tonight- placed an order online at 7.30pm with the estimated delivery being 8.10pm. As it’s Valentine’s Day, I anticipated a huge delay but my food arrived with a very friendly delivery driver at 8.20pm. Food was hot and tasted great. Generous portions!

After 1 1/2 hours phoned to check where order was, the staff member was very rude and said they do not give a delivery time, but we assured him we were told a delivery time. Told it was with the driver, the restaurant in Ferndown is about 5mins by car from us. After another 1/2 hr it still had not been delivered. Phoned again and was told driver had to go via airport before us. Arrived shortly after this, food was luke warm and Peking duck was overcooked and dry, overall the quality of the food was poor. We have used Top Wok on many occasions in the past but due to the rudeness of the staff and the quality meal we WOULD NOT RECOMEND this restaurant.
