Seafood Restaurants in Lyme Regis

“This is an attractive looking restaurant, in a beautiful setting. We looked online before coming to Lyme Regis and it was fully booked, so it is worth just dropping by and seeing if they have a free table. The food was out of this world, we had a seafood platter with many, very fresh and delicious items. We had a local rose which was very nice too. The service was very welcoming and helful. The table we had was outside, perfectly placed and I was glad of the blankets on offer, as the evening drew it. It all made for a perfect evening.”

“This place is everything a quaint, beachfront town pub should be! With a Greek twist to boot, their moussaka and souvlaki is delicious but the fish & chips was our fave. Everyone there is super nice as well. Go!”

“This was recommended to us by our hotel owner. It is best to book ahead. We were a walk-in on a Monday night, and the place was full. There is a fish special and other fish/shellfish specials of the day. There was plenty of staff, and we did not have to wait long between courses. It's not cheap, but it's well worth the extra as food is all fresh and excellent.Vegetarian options: Wild mushroom risotto.”

“Nice friendly pub ideally located right next to the Harbour, with outdoor seating overlooking it. Warm welcome and atmosphere. Very interesting decor with items for sale too. I only had drinks here but the food looks and smells incredible. Adam behind the bar was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable with the local beer selection. I'm a regular visitor to Lyme Regis and will definitely be returning to this establishment. Highly recommended.”

“A fantastic meal. The seafood was extremely fresh and everything was made with great care and attention to detail. It’s the first time we’ve had cockles popcorn and it was delicious - especially with vinegar drizzled on top. The mussels were divine and the prawn burger was very filling and packed with prawn. The scrumpy (fried oyster) was very well made - considering how wet oysters can get, it was impressive that they came out so crispy. The team was attentive and the place has a lovely view. Very glad we found this place during our visit and managed to book a table.”
