This review is about the terrible attitude and service at the high street Poole branch where I visited on New Year’s Day . I ordered 2 of the special Christmas mocha, the server had a bad attitude like she didn’t want to work and left the drinks on the counter and said the card machine is ready and turned her back on me with no thank you. The drinks were not like the photo and had no toppings on but I did not want to make a scene, considering the price of the drinks I would have expected a bit more customer service and niceness. I tapped my card and paid but no receipt was offered. Really disgusting behaviour.

The staff here are really helpful and kind. As a disabled customer, it's nice to have staff who will help you without making you feel like an inconvenience. The oat vanilla milkshakes are also worth a visit.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a disabled toilet here. The entrance doors, however, aren't automatic even though there is a ramped entrance to the coffee shop.Dietary restrictions: A decent choice of dairy free milks.

Really like the new premises Nero's is now usingAlways manage to find a seat for myself and hubby he loves the lemon muffin cake ?
Not the usual friendly staff, new staff member that served me needs to be taught not to argue with customers about how they want their drinks, never have that normally

We went at 4.15. The waitress was cleaning the machines but didn't acknowledge us until she was finished. It does take a long time to make the drinks. There were only 5 or 6 people in there. The toilet was very messy, paper all over the floor etc.

Took 15 minutes to get served and I was only person in the queue, then what we ordered was wrong twice. People were just walking out from the farce today.

I like going here for my coffee ( none of this , do you want this or that) I go in ask for americano black that's just what I get. Always a warm and friendly greeting. And the coffee is gorgeous. The bonus , fill in your voucher, 10 stamps and get a coffee free. Win win
