Gregg's vary greatly from shop to shop.Parkstone and Poole shops. Brilliant and friendly staff. Bournemouth Commercial rd dreadful.

This place seams to always struggle when there is a lot of people which makes them slack a little on the coffee side and I always feel I am not 100% sure I will get what I ordered as I have to repeat order few times.Probably needs more staff and one dedicated person to deal with deliveroo/just eat orders as I think that makes everything hectic.
