Visiting a friend in the area and just went for a local area walk to find something to eat. Popped in to The Churchill as it looked inviting. Lot of older clientele in there which to me said safe and homely. Bar staff ladies were very welcoming and helpful. Was told there would be a 20 minutes wait for food as a big party had arrived unannounced but food arrived to me in about 10 minutes. Great food. Very tasty pie and good value for money. Despite us only calling 30 minutes in advance, they were able to accommodate our wedding party of seven without any problems. The staff were friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was great. Congratulations from the regulars was icing on the cake. Couldn't have asked for more!

I travelled from Birmingham to the Churchill to visit a friend. Great place for family of all ages,also a pillar of the community,ample parking and friendly staff. Prices are competitive for the area too.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
