As much as I stay away from fast food, the other day I was pestered by my kids and relented and god I wish I hadn't. It's not even the poor quality food but the standard of the cooking of that poor quality food. The chips were almost raw and soggy, the bacon in the burger was slimy and mainly fat and the 'lettuce' in the burger was questionable. Why can't the staff at this place actually cook the food properly?

Advantage food, got my order wrong twice this week, very busy which is good for business. Service was difficult, as foriegn lady that was taking my order didn't even understand the menu or what I was even saying. Might be worth putting someone who speaks English fluently on the drive through machines.

Used drive through & was asked if you using the app. I said yes & have the code. Used points to get free mc spicy but then was told when paying they can't do that at the drive thru & didn't receive points. Alittle disappointed.

So I walk in. I ordered. I got the food and looked into the bag. There was a bloody fly in it!!!? ? ? ? ? this is actually atrocious .
When I got home 2mins away my food was cold, not impressed ?
Food was cold, twice.. !they were too busy and the quality was rushed and poor - wrap was half empty!! Disappointing even for McD's!
