I went to five guys purely as it was the closest place to me, to get food at 10:30 p.m. I was not expecting much. I was having an awful day having been at the hospital since the day before visiting someone who was exceptionally unwell. The manager (?) was beyond excellent. He listened to the fact that I was starving and thirsty and what part of the order was mine and had that prepared first so I could eat and drink whilst I waited for the other elements of my order for takeaway....read full review
I have just had a very enjoyable meal in Five Guys across from Tower Park. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, which is always a great start! The burger and chips were beautifully cooked, tasty from start to finish. My first visit to this restaurant, and as I was on my own, I was delighted to have such a lovely man. My family’s first visit to a five guys Poole and the entire experience was brilliant. The staff were so lovely and friendly, they honestly made the experience amazing and the food was lovely, the burgers were completely fresh and were just incredible. We’ll definitely be back!
