We are locals but haven't been back to the restaurant since the pandemic. We used to go for lunch.. as enjoy lunchtimes out.. and evenings in. Excellent food.. and we have known the lovely staff for years, when they used to be in a different venue. We may need to venture out.. of an evening!
Once again, our ‘local chinese’ did not disappoint. Drinks outside with fabulous view, followed by some of the best (and fresh cooked) Chinese food you’ll have anywhere. I can’t comment on the service allegedly received by the ‘poor’ reviewers on here but the food is always superb and price… the bill is always less than we’d guess.

Had a lovely Chinese meal in the restaurant. All of the food was perfect. The service was a little slow but that’s fine if you know that’s how they work. We must return when the evenings are light so the view can also be enjoyed.
