Really nice restaurant serving lovely Thai food in very pleasant surroundings. If you like Thai food, I can definitely recommend OX.

Got promised it would be sorted by the morning... it wasn't…. I enjoyed a lovely cold shower... twice And there's no one in the morning to say that to, you just drop the keys before you leave... So overall one of my worst experiences in a hotel

Issues before 9pm when I arrived• Flaky paint• Odd marks on the floor – is it clean?• Dirty towel in bathroom• Floor cracked in bathroom• Bathroom door wouldn’t close and lock• Toilet seat too small for the toilet• Toilet constantly running• No light in the hallwayIssues after 9pm (midnight) - when I got back from the work Xmas Party• Light bulb blown in side light• Holes in the bed sheet on the side into the bed• Seams given up on the bed covers – previously tucked in• Dirty marks on the bed sheet on the side into the bed• No one to report issues toIssues in the morning• Pubic hair found in showerInvoices paid go to the person booking even if you pay them - I had to pay the invoice but then had an invoice saying invalid luckily my boss gave me the correct one he hadn't paid.The only other thing to note is the staff were friendly if not always available.Rooms: Small but not clean

Absolutely fantastic evening and stay! Amazing food, terrific service and comfy bed! Excellent value for money.Rooms: Super comfy bed with excellent soundproofing (very noisy in the bar but heard nothing in the room!)Food & drinks: Excellent Thai restaurant and really unique decor. Superb range of wine and great value.

In party function room was a delightful place. . Staff were pleasant.
Apart from restricted parking on site there is a large public car park opposite .a great place Thai themed Restaurant and bar n rooms big log fire large bar selection prompt service knowlegable staff .we stayed BnB breakfast was second to noneRooms: Ours was clean massive comfy bed huge ensuite shower room plenty hot water and old character full building .Nearby activities: This is an area with several bars restaurants though if your staying hear not needed !

Enjoyed a birthday in their private function building; very nicely laid out with a cozy nook feel within the main building, and a covered outdoors area which was equally as inviting. Drinks were well priced.

We arrived but did not check in as hotel looked grubby gents toilet sink was black curtains were filthy on the window's when we arrived were told to drive around for a bit as the entrance to what was a car park was blocked when we did manage to partly park the manager said it was OK our impression of this place was not good so we decided not to check in we were told we would get a refund which we have not they don't respond to emails. Every time you ring they say the manager is on holiday even though it soundedlike the same man whe he answered the phone or they say they are waiting to here from head office just a terrible experience very friendly when phoning to book but when a complaint is made there very offish. Our car got damaged in the car park also . No way should this hotel have any star rating terrible experience both feel totally vulnerable and upset . This was the start to our holiday in Jersey we came here hoping for a couple of nights before our ferry crossingTerrible placeAnn king

Popped in for dinner. The service is great , very friendly. The food has lots of flavour , all dishes were really good. Mains cost between £18-22.
