Hello our experience was terrible. The lady serving us took a long time to make it (30 MINUTES not happy) and the wait was unworth it as the drink had no flavour whatsoever and tasted just like ice. This person also gave us a regular when we paid for a large. There were also other customers and I don't see why they couldn't blend at the same time as she used the same blender for each drink but there were about 2 others she could've used while the otherswhile being done. Never recommend it.

Saturday afternoon, store was very busy, lots of customers waiting for their shakes. Four staff working. We stood at the counter waiting to be served for 10 minutes without even one acknowledgement, not one smile or any interaction. Basic customer service guys - it’s not rocket science!Quick lesson - acknowledge the customer, smile and let them know that they’ll be served shortly.After 10 mins we turned around and walked out. Useless!

the manager here is absolutely vile! Completely disrespectful and rude to customers and staff as we overheard her speaking to a member off staff, was being very belittling.And the way she spoke to us was very disrespectful she just did not seem interested in what we had to say one bit and acted as if serving and speaking to us was a chore.

Love shakeaway and always have. I've never had a problem with customer service or quality. Sometimes it's a little hard to hear them call out the order when it's busy but it's a great place.

right so bassicly we paid £8.00 for a large named shake and got £0.71 pence back! When we asked for our chang they refused to give it us and rolled their eyes at me.

Walked into the shop, I thought nice aesthetic. We took 2 mins to think about what we should order, and when we were ready, they complete blanked us and didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting to order. They decided to keep making milkshakes. One of the workers even stopped and just stared blankly for a moment. That time she took could’ve been used to take orders for customers! We stood there for 20 minutes and decided to leave. The queue was out the door, and the people at the back of the queue wondered why we left empty handed. We said ‘We’re leaving as the queue is out the door and we’ve been at the front of the line for 20 minutes and we weren’t even acknowledged’. I decided to go to Costa which was next door, which was the better decision as it only took a quarter of the time that Shakeaway spent not even acknowledging us. What a waste of a parking ticket. I’m hoping the next time I come I am cared about by your staff.

I raised a concern because I felt that the quality and cost of a recent order was not up to standard compared to previous visits and to other vendors, all I asked for was a good will gesture voucher or refund.Customer services responded to say no and to accuse me of ripping them off!!Not even a sorry from them.My advice , don't complain if you aren't happy, just go elsewhere

I don't usually leave a bad review, as I feel it can really affect the flow of customers, however the service we received here was shocking, the member of staff we spoke to was rude, sarcastic and unpleasant. Better to get your milkshakes from the cafe in the shopping center

I never like leaving negative reviews, but I work in retail and customer service is reallyImportant, specially when you have customers coming into your shop.but please sort it out guys at ShakeAway!You only have 2 members of staff working, no hello, no greeting customers, no nothing. keeping customers waiting for 10-15 or even 20 mins. I came in a few weeks ago and walked back out as no one came to serve. Just one member of staff talking casually to a customer, without knowing me there. Not good.

Had to wait for 30 minutes just to get two milkshakes, there was only one member of staff in and a massive queue behind, they had all walked out by the time I got my milkshakes

Waited for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged - at least two staff members glanced in our direction but refused to make eye contact.It doesn't matter how busy you are - you're never too busy to acknowledge a waiting customer and let them know how long they'll have to wait to order.

Clearly laid out options and the ability to add to an order or even create a unique drink etc. Helpful and friendly staff, even patient dealing with a frantic parent with 3 kids needing their sugar fix and kindly repeating my order more than once back to me (thank you!) Could say the price is high but a milkshake alone costs at least a few pounds anywhere even without ice cream so by the time you have added the extras they include in theirs, i would say you pay for what you get and its definitely worth it
