Love shakeaway and always have. I've never had a problem with customer service or quality. Sometimes it's a little hard to hear them call out the order when it's busy but it's a great place.

Clearly laid out options and the ability to add to an order or even create a unique drink etc. Helpful and friendly staff, even patient dealing with a frantic parent with 3 kids needing their sugar fix and kindly repeating my order more than once back to me (thank you!) Could say the price is high but a milkshake alone costs at least a few pounds anywhere even without ice cream so by the time you have added the extras they include in theirs, i would say you pay for what you get...read full review

Unfortunately disappointed with our shake away this afternoon. We are regular customers of this establishment and come on a almost weekly basis but the shakes we had this afternoon were well below par. We had tinsel Tara and Colin and neither had any taste due to them being almost completely unblended. Obviously not knowing this until we were well on our way. When you pay £10 for two shakes you need them to be worth it. This time it certainly wasn't. We will unlikely be returning.
