Great cafe. Clean and cool with working Aircon, unlike some Costas (!) Staff were polite and coffee was the usual Costa standard. Toilets were clean

Awful coffee and our children hated the hot chocolate. Not sure if machine is cleaned but it is like dish water ? Never again

Rude manageress....no thanks...no smile...and when answering to any questions I had.....she was very abrupt and rude. Plus the loo was disgusting. water on floor. no loo roll and the bin flowing over from being full. Yuk. Id be ashamed to work here...and certainly wont be returning. If she doesnt enjoy her job....let some one else have it!!!!!

Lovely folk! Great coffee, great position in town.Edit: 6/2/17. Refurbished, light and airy. With added sofa!Edit: 12/9/21. Post (?) Covid. Hand sanitiser still available.Coffee still excellent.No outside seating available for smokers

I love Costa but the wheelchair ramp is far too steep and the step at the top makes it very hard to get up and over
