We were served fast and the staff were friendly, we had a wrap of the day it wasn't made very well but its kfc so basically it it what it is.

Krushems size keeps getting smaller and smaller. Price remains the same. Ordered aero one didn’t had aero recommend the Oreo one by the staff. Couldn’t find lids waited about 20 minutes for a simple krushems this place a joke won’t return back after horrible experience.

We ordered in 40 min wait so chased up the order and they had deleted it off the system by mistake. So another 10 minutes wait while they sorted out the order. Food was good when we got it . But the car park only gives you 75 mins to get and eat your food before they throw a £100 parking ticket your way. You are better off with the drive throw.

1 hour wait in the car park with a baby in the car. For an order from the drive through and still waiting. Lots of raging Customers. Places to be. What a poor service. Never returning!!!!!
Store empty when placed our order on the self service machine but still 5 served before we got ours.. Cold and incorrect.. Disappointing.

Stopped on way to holiday down south and needed somewhere to get let the dog out. No outside seating which seemed mad really. Order took ages to be made and was ultimately wrong but didn’t realise until we had driven to the local park to eat as there were no outside seating areas. The wrap I had was gross clearly old dead salad used. Felt like it was a massive waste of nearly £20!

Went thru drive thru ,asked to park up. After waiting 30 mins , for a small order , and seeing other cars coming and going with bigger orders, I had to go in , where there were plenty of staff, no organisation what so ever .Parking: Own carpark

Given beans and gravy that say made at 14:30 serve by 18:30 at 21:00. Chicken was awful and inedible. Worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Won’t go again and wouldn’t recommend. Someone needs to shut this place down or sort it out. Don’t waste your money

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst KFC and worst food I have ever paid for! Also told after paying in drive thru that we would need to wait 10-15 mins then waited 20 mins! Couldn't get a refund as I was in a rush. Will never go back!
