Slow service (over 30m from ordering to receiving food, then the meals for our party arrived over a period of about 20 minutes). Dirty glasses, found something unpleasant stuck to the inside of mine at the bottom.Would go here for a drink, elsewhere if I wanted food.

We had a really nice meal here recently. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was incredible. It was all home made and absolutely delicious. This pub is a little gem!Vegetarian options: I had amazing ricotta samosas as a starter and a fantastic homemade Vege bean burger. All freshly made. Vey impressive

Our group of four booked lunch on the May bank holiday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was great, the service friendly and welcoming and the venue beautifully presented in a comfortable olde worlde, traditional pub style. Equally agreeable was the garden, laid to grass with handsome, well made, timber furniture, free from concrete and plastic. Well done to the owners / managers for presenting a real English country pub.

A wonderful local pub, very nice outside area. Currently doing mostly Tapas style food. Also do a few open mic nights as well as having the occasional band performing.
