We stopped here today on our motorcycles the welcome we received was amazing we parked our bikes at the front no questions asked. The service and the breakfast we had was 5 star great choice from vegetarian and full English we will definitely be back. I had the vegetarian breakfast 1 of the best I've had you can also change options . Lovely tea room well done ? Also dog friendly what more can I say not forgetting the chef a 1 man show hat's off fella well done.

Great spot in terms of decor and atmosphere but food was disappointing. Microwaved scone and not particularly tasty cakes..

Really cute little cafe, nice views of the seafront from the tables inside as well. Had 2x cream teas, really tasty & fresh! Will definitely be coming back ☕️☕️

Disappointed, was a total farce. Only went in for 2 coffees and 2 cakes, so i'm really not sure how they could mess that up at every turn... Initially charged the wrong price, then they forgot about our order (took 40 minutes of waiting for said coffee and cake), then the Americano arrived without the milk it was ordered with, asked for some, never came.. there were no forks for the cake, they said they would get some, they forgot about that also....Wasn't overly busy, so I hate to think how bad it could be in the summer months.

I had a all day breakfast, the eggs were black on the bottom from a dirty hotplate? They were also overcooked and served cold ,the mushrooms were shrivelled. The hash browns were OK though. Not a very happy experience.

After an early morning Run, 12 of us went to Brook Tearooms for a breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome and also told it was fine to move tables so that we could sit together. ? We all placed orders and paid separately for food and drink. Which was no problem at all. The food arrived in good time, hot and really lovely. ? Just wanted to say thank you so much for a great breakfast. We'll be back.... soon i hope!?

Absolutely amazing. The food was great and the staff were the best. They were so welcoming and very helpful when my son was having a meltdown. They kept giving him things to play with and showing him the Christmas tree. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I couldn’t fault our experience. Thank you so much ladies, you made our morning so much easierKid-friendliness: Very good with children

Taken over recently, this little cafe is a traditional gem in the centre of sea age with great sea views. We had the mushrooms on toast and cakes with coffees which was all well cooked and delicious. Lovely to see an independent cafe these days and hoping they succeed.

Not sure what has happened to this cafe but we went for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The bacon tasted funny and it looked like it was barely cooked. The eggs were overcooked and put under your toast so it was soggy. Not sure if they have a new chef or one that doesn't care anymore.... i left my breakfast as it was inedible. We asked and paid for the full breakfast and didn't receive tomatoes or black pudding....no check back to see if everything is OK...service very poor...sorry but we are locals so we will not be returning.

We have used this cafe on many occasions, but we will not be doing so again. It is hard to imagine how a cafe could go so far wrong with a sandwich and bowl of soup. Alas it is true. We had 2 bowls of soup made from tomato pasta, it was thick and tomatoey, but cold, it had obviously been shown a view of the microwave, but that was about it. The cheese sandwich accompanying the soup was made from packet grated cheese that tasted of absolutely nothing and fell straight out of the bread. Another example of waste opportunity in Swanage.

Without a doubt the worst Sunday lunch I've ever had.The veg was cold and the beef tough and inedible. On the plus side the staff were very nice
