NEVER AGAIN, a bunch of scammers I ordered portion of kebab meat (£15) and cheese chips (£9) they have tripled the prices outrageous and put fake cardboard signs over the real ones waited 20 mins got my food stone cold and no cheese on my chips asked the lady she then said no I didn’t pay for them when I clearly did as £24 has been taken out my account poor customer service and beyond rude the saying goes customer is always right I am enraged being accused of not buying something when I did never going there again.

The rudest man I have ever had any contact with.After trying to use the online order service that wouldn’t let us pay. We decided to call. Wish we hadn’t bothered. Was screamed at down the phone order online like everyone else I am very busy. Wow! I really hope he isn’t the owner. Disgusting will never ever call or attempt to order again.

Nice takeaway food. Not expensive. We had pizzas, kebabs, chips for the family and it was great. Perfect for when you can't be bothered to cook and also don't fancy spending a lot in a pub/restaurant either.

We bought our takeaway pizza from here twice. The pizza was very tasty both times. Staff on the phone and deliverers were polite and friendly. Slightly over the estimated delivery time on the second occasion and the ice cream was forgotten(!) The deliverer was very apologetic and went straight back to the shop to get it. It didn't really bother us and didn't spoil the meal. I feel they are still worthy of this four star view due to the pizza being so good (better than Pizza Hut pizzas in my view) and the friendly staff.

Very disappointed with the quality of food, burger and wraps are awful bread was soggy. Burger had so much ketchup in it the bread was squishy and wet burger had no flavour. Wrap had chewing chicken and old looking salad in it. sad to say the worst meal we have had all week whilst holidaying in this beautiful town of Swanage. Expensive awful food! Poor choice avoid, plenty of choice around go else where.

We use Rainbow Kebabs each time we holiday in Swanage and so far they've not let us down. The Kebabs are tasty and hot and the service is great. The delivery option is a real deal maker for me as it saves me going out - and they deliver alcohol!I can understand why it's had a few dodgy reviews - A Kebab shop is a Kebab shop. If you want fine dining, try La Tratoria.No complaints from us.Thanks all at Rainbow Kebabs.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be on the level - so should be fairly accessible. I'm sure the staff would help if required.

Order refused. Young lad watching football on TV. Can't be bothered to cook... I went in last Saturday and the older gentleman cooked what we ordered. Won't be going again. Ridiculous

We were looking for somewhere for takeaway in depths of winter with many places closed. Chicken kebab with garlic sauce well cooked and tasty.salad wrap also good..generously filled. The next day we ordered pizzas for delivery. Arrived within quoted 30 minutes. Great taste with generous toppings. Not sure why so many bad reviews..we were very happy with food and service.

Really do enjoy a pizza occasionally. Working late, orders a mighty meaty, cant get pass the 4th sauce, so hungry but is dreadful. Its oily? The bread or the cheese, something taste off. Really dreadful.
