I had a bad experience at another restaurant, cold food etc , when we went to the ship we were promised the best fish and chips ( sat 20th January 2024) and yes, it was the best fish and chip’s, lovely staff, can’t recommend it highly enough

Should have booked a table! otherwise you have to make do with tiny tables & stools that are not very comfortable. Most of the staff are helpful & friendly but others haven’t got the time of day for you! Had to ask for condiments, napkins & cutlery. Food was ok but overpriced for what it was. Towards the end of my meal found a big black hair in my food! Yuk! I did explain to staff why “everything was not ok for me today” & was offered an apology, but will try elsewhere next visit to Swanage.
