To be quite fair I think it is appalling I had to wait 15 mins for an ice coffee which I wanted 2 shots of caramel the women said no. Bit rude and felt like I was in the wrong. Tbh I don't now want to go back to Costa as the service is so bad. Ruined my experience

Sorry, usually put 5 stars for Costa service but it felt short staffed, however the barista making the drinks coped admirably and was seeing what was coming up to prepare while making the current drinks. No food purchased but the pastries and sandwiches are normally great if we buy any.

Always lovely staff these days, know how you like your drink. Atmosphere is usually good. I know they are a big chain, but in a town the size of Verwood it has become a really important hub.

One of the better Costa's we've frequented, they all have a minimum standard to conform to but this one goes that little bit extra!!It was surprisingly quiet there today, a tad unusual for a Saturday, so there were plenty of tables inside to choose from.The staff are friendly, no Neanderthal grunts here, and the coffee is always good & hot!!We come here quite a lot, its our pitstop en route to the New Forest!!
Nice location. Staff friendly and provided good service. What can you say about Costa Coffee? It's a good to drink. I didn't sample any of the food, but in other Costas, the food, such as toasties, is a little bland . But there is a good variety of snack items . It was clean and has a good outlook.

Visited the costa Verwood store and was treated to excellent customer service ,I was serverd by a lovely young lady who I’m sorry did not catch her name but the service was excellent and the coffee was up to standard (this review is from a ex barista maestro at costa ) hope this gets to the store and the young lady gets some recognition alli can remember is she has dark hair and glasses ,very happy with the service of it helps I ordered two flat whites ,large coconut Capp ,tiffin,Eton mess and raspberry almond back
