Lovely food, amazing mix of ages socialising. Music was interesting and relaxing. The staff were so accommodating with my temporary back pain too -at 54 you want to get to an accessible loo!The only slight irritation was the visibility of the hedge on the right as we left the car park
Friendly & welcoming staff.All our food was very nice bar the mac 'n cheese, which was heavy on breadcrumbs, medium on macaroni, and almost no cheese!But, staff took that off the bill unrequested and our other food (beef burger and fish & chips) was very good. Side order of onion rings was the biggest portion I have ever seen/had!Well worth going.Kid-friendliness: Children seemed to be welcome.Parking: Pub car park round the back.

Really good venue. There is a great ambience in the Monmouth Ash, it is a very comfortable place to visit. The food is good and the staff were amazing. Good beer options complete the package. Well worth a visit.
