Freezing cold as usual for at least the last 4 years because the part to "repair" the air conditioning controls still hasn't arrived. It's about time that head office took into account the conditions their staff have to tolerate and the complaints of the customers. ANSWER THIS PLEASE

The issue was relating to the cafe. I ordered from the online food point. The toll roll had ran out so took a picture of the order. Waited for half an hour queried if they got the order the till assistant said no. I showed the picture and she said that could from any day. Showed on my banking app the money had been taken she still said doesn’t mean anything. Called a manger from in store who apologised and said the machine had been giving issues and asked what I would like I just said a refund as had enough by that point. As I was leaving the back room staff brought my order out and said they have cooked it I just left anyway. The cafe staff have a poor attitude so could do with some training. Won’t return there with my family.

In truth, I have absolutely NO Idea how the shop is . But the petrol station is manned by a cool, friendly, efficient guy.So rare these days, and rarer still if you use a Tesco station.You heard it here!

We went early on August Bank Holiday Monday 2023. Well stocked shelves, we got everything we went for and more. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent homeware department.

Genuinely unpleasant shopping experience. Surly & uncommunicative staff, aisles cluttered with large palettes, deli/meat/fish counters all closed by the time I get there after work, and worst of all *zero* human staffed checkouts available in the evening, only self service card only. Just horrible.
