Atmosphere on an open mic night was great. Still cannot fathom why they stop serving at 10pm... ? Lovely pub in the town, full of quirky things due to its age. Would definitely recommend.

It had a briliant band last night gigging. Great atmosphere. It's a shame they called last orders so early at 10pm , they lose a point for that.

We popped in to the King’s Arms by chance on a Thursday evening and we’re lucky enough to be be treated to some brilliant live folk music by a seriously talented group of musicians. Amazing music, fabulous jovial atmosphere and really lovely personal service from the landlord who could not have been more lovely with my elderly mum.

We had a bottle of wine as a last stop before leaving... it was 9.45pm and the barman (ian) was lovely. What a character. There was a folk night on and we were made to feel at home.Lovely staff and clientele.

Sticky tables and slow bar service cost them an extra star. The food was plentiful and wholesome and the pie was my favourite.

A cozy little pub we stopped in for a quick drink on the way to the train station. Staff were talkative and friendly (and explained their Bar Cricket game to us), and were helpful to fit us into the busy room they were setting up a live band in. Would highly recommend a visit

Love it here! If there's a wait for food, we're told upon arrival. Worth waiting for! Friendly welcome.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner here , we had booked as recommended, but just the day before. We wanted a meal that our furry baby would be welcome too. Was told not an issue and it was not. Quaint , typical village type pub, little rooms leading off from corridor. We were in a a snug type room , just about 4 tables. He enjoyed scampi and chips with salad and I had steak pie with chips and peas, both very generous servings , lovely and hot. Washed down with a couple of ciders, came away with a very reasonable bill. Another plus was they had a live group playing, in another room, but we could still hear and made a great atmosphere.

Stopped for breakfast in Kings Arms it was a brilliant traditional English Breakfast & plenty of it filled the plate well worth the money would go again.

This is a lovely thatched pub (very olde worldy) in the mainstreet of Wareham. Its a beer dinkers heaven and taken very seriously. Friendly barstaff and customers. Something quite amazing happen. I ordered fish and chip and when it was delivered I was inform that the fish was a smaller size than normal and I could have a small reimbursement or a free pint?. How's that for service and honesty. Not often in Wareham but will definitely return here because of it.

Avoid at all costs. We went as a family ordered 4 meals all meals was horrendous both burger buns was as hard as a brick and stale. Waitress took bun away and didn’t even return with any explanation. Would never come back and would not recommend at all.

Loved it) We were lucky to listen to a band that played Irish music. And the Lebowsky ale was good
