Lovely staff but the skinflint profetier who owns this need to pay for adequate number of staff not continually running on less than the minimum number.
The entire staff are a pleasure and a credit to Costa. All of the team are courteous polite friendly and welcoming and they compliment my Costa coffee experience

Good coffee, good hot chocolate, nice location. It's possibly one of the noisiest Costas on the planet, but it adds to the atmosphere I guess. Good selection of comfy seating and plenty of room.

Despite having three members of staff, every empty table was full of dirty coffee cups and detritus. We had to clear our table while watching the three members of staff hanging around an empty counter chatting and on their phones. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty and the toilet was filthy. I would take the time to write to Costa with a formal complaint if I thought it would make a difference. Very disappointing. We will visit the independent cafes in future.
