Always a winner....on the industrial estate and can be tight for parking, but worth parking nearby if necessary for the bacon and sausage bap!

We have used Greggs a few times for Executive meetings at Porsche Bournemouth now and they are always so helpful and when organising our platters especially when we only give them a couple of hours notice. Always delicious too.Thank you to everyone at Greggs in Ferndown.

I don't know why people complain I went today OK chicken bakes weren't as hot as they could've been. But no rude staff and fairy quick as for the parking it's not staff it's the customer's parking try parking a coach i park at the roundabout and walk down 4 stars for not so hot bakes. It's not a coffee shop it's a bakery hence the name greggs

Although i have been going past Greggs since it opened, dodging all the poor parking due to the staff filling the carpark I hadn't purchased anything from them until today. Then I wish I hadn't. The lady was polite, although it felt like she was in slow motion, whilst she went out the back to get a roll because been despite just opening and being the first customer they had run out. Whilst she was out the back, someone came from out the back, played with the till for no reason, which made her pause and focus on him when she came back. Giving him a long questining stare "Rightly so". She then had to put the till back to the order. They then informed me there half my order wasn't cooked and i could wait, i just took the bacon roll and left. The roll it self was cold, over cooked and was more fat that bacon. I certainly won't be returning there, I would also ask Greggs to sort out their carpark, the fact they have so many vans and lorries parking on double yellow lines, their have been accidents there due to this already, to find the reason that customers are illegally parking is due to the staff blocking the carpark say's it all. I honestly do not know how greggs became a national chain if this store is an example.

Sausage rolls not very hot. But still tasty

My order arrived later than confirmed and when it did finally arrive half the order was missing as they hadn't read the receipt and added it to the bag. A real fuss to get a refund too and obviously no breakfast today. Very disappointed.

Went there this morning and young lad at the till was working in some kind of slow motion mode. It is not something you expect from a coffee shop placed in a busy industrial estate. Apart from me, two other people left with nothing due to his laziness. Next time I'll know to go to Starbucks instead as they respect other people time and money.
