Service was excellent, the staff were attentive and polite ! Bit disappointed with quality of some of the food . But overall was OK.

Your staff are amazing and very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately all our water glasses were dirty, my husband had a long blonde hair in his burger and the celeriac steak that I was very much looking forward to was 4 large hard cold wedges of celeriac . For the cost of the food I expected food to be top notch. I had actually cancelled my booking at The Fox and Hounds to eat here but will be sticking to there and The Old Thatch from now on

Haven't been to the Willett Arms for years, spur of the moment booking as my wife and I wanted somewhere to eat before going to a show at the Tivoli Theatre in Wimborne and we were not disappointed. My wife opted for the buttermilk chicken burger, and I opted for the cheeseburger, and very tasty it was too. The only thing I would say is that both the main dishes could have done with a small salad garnish, in place of the slice of tomato and pickled cucumber(this is purely an observation on my part, and not criticism). This was followed by sticky toffee pudding infused with rum and stem ginger topped with vanilla ice cream infused with crystallized ginger, ingenious flavour combination and the sponge was so light and the ice cream so creamy. My wife and I shared the dessert and mentioned to the staff that it was the best sticky toffee pudding we had ever eaten!!!?? Bravo Willett Arms, all in all a very enjoyable meal, and will definitely be returning for more of the same, thank you.Vegetarian options: Banana plant and fries never seen that on a menuParking: My wife and I went at 5 pm free parking lot easily accessible plenty of spaces

Another lovely meal, served with class by Ollie, who clearly knows how to keep his customers happy. Food was great, nice Friday eve vibe and we had a lovely evening at a fair price.

We were a group of 16, and couldn't fault a thing! Our food was excellent, arrived promptly piping hot and fresh. Drinks orders were also very quick, and our main waitress in particular was just great. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a fantastic night - far exceeded our

whilst squid tasted nice, why do u have such a small portion on such a big plate and no garnish?garlic bread was nicegravy with pie and sausage mash was shocking, it was so thick and strong completely overpowered meal, pie had missing broccoli and only 6 tiny french beansmac cheese very blandoverall for the prices you charge it was a let down

Perhaps we picked a bad night, but the food was poor we sent one starter back as it was cold, the pastry on the pie was like concrete and there was little in side in the way of fillings, burger also poor. I tried the dessert the ice cream was more ice than cream and had no taste, pity Wimborne has great places to eat and we were disappointed.

We regularly go to the Willet Arms for lunch, dinner or a coffee. Today, after a quick lunch, we asked for 2 Americanos without milk. They arrived and were ridiculously weak as they had been topped up with water. I asked for them not to be topped up with water as it makes them weak. The waitress kindly took them way to re-make them and then returned to say we would need to be charged for 4 coffees instead of 2 if we wanted coffees without being topped up with water!!!!! Ridiculous.
