Bar • “A quaint little pub with a downstairs and upstairs. Unfortunately if you go upstairs to drink, you need to go downstairs to buy your drink. The owner is waiting to be licensed to sell alcohol upstairs, so hopefully it won't be long.
There is a good area at the rear of the property for drinking outside, which is great for good weather. The owner is very friendly and there is a good choice of drinks, that are sold at reasonable prices.”

“Staff at counter had no manners, there was no please and no thank you, when approached bar to order food young lady looked at me and said 'yes' I assumed that meant can I help you? Service was fast, pub atmosphere was good, food good value for money tasted good. Table we ate from was sticky. Didn't stay long.”

“I went Thursday night but I must stress I did not order any food so I can't rate that but I can rate the great atmosphere and karaoke in the lion bar on a Thursday night.
I did have a few pints of carling which again was fine overall I really enjoyed my visit so yes would definitely recommend here.”
