The Peppermill Bistro

A group of us went on there 2 course for £20 night.
I personally found their portion size small (child size) menu is limited. For me there was only the Parmo that I could eat. People enjoyed what they ordered. Though someone else said they also found the portion size too small and like me felt hungry. Would I go again... doubtful
2 of us originally hadn't ordered dessert. When asked if we would like to have dessert I agreed. I got charged full price for the dessert. They didn't include it in the offer. The dessert I chose was part of the £20 offer. My meal ended up costing £25

The Three Horseshoes

The conservatory was a lovely venue for our Mother's wake. Katie & all of the staff were so attentive & accommodating. The buffet was excellent & adapted to meet our specific requests including vegetarian options. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend the Three Horseshoes for a private event.

Café Bela

Lovely place. First visit, was at an appointment close by and saw this little place. Tummy rumbling. Went for the double bela brekky and just look at the photo, quality ingredients. Lovely coffee aswell. Welcoming, very clean, lovely atmosphere and modern deco. Will be back again.

The Blue Bells Inn

Up there with the best parmo in the area... Nduja and hot honey was excellent, crispy chips and portion was huge for a half.

Service was excellent - there were quite a few large groups in at the time but we were still served in good time and the staff came back a few times to ask if we needed anything else.

Really enjoyed it, will be coming back. Just wish they did takeaway parmos!!

Toby Carvery Wolviston

I have to be honest, I was very against going to the Carvery, it's usually quite dismal in my experience, but this was a first visit to this carvery, it was very busy, but very pleasant staff and very clean. \nWe had a bit of a wait, but no matter, the waiting staff and carvery staff were pleasant and the food was good and topped up frequently instead of the dried offerings we've frequently found. Will return

The Lion Sports Bar & Grill

I went Thursday night but I must stress I did not order any food so I can't rate that but I can rate the great atmosphere and karaoke in the lion bar on a Thursday night.
I did have a few pints of carling which again was fine overall I really enjoyed my visit so yes would definitely recommend here.

Greggs

Come in here weekly when visiting my Grandmother. Staff are all lovely, especially Connie! Always has a smile and lovely spoken. She brightens up any day! ☺️

Enzo's Pizzas

Enzos is one of the best pizza shop i have ever ordered from me and my patner are local and we regulars and i could not reccomend a better pizza shop if you have got a problem the staff will sort it out straight away not many pizza shops will do that the staff is so polite and helpfull even if i moved away i would travel now you know its good when its worth to travel for :)

The Owington Farm

Went there for my sisters birthday i wasn't a fan when it was a sizzling pub but the new owners have 100% improved the the food the parmo was really nice chips where fantastic nice garlic as well would go again

Neapolitan Pizza

Got a Parmo from here as it was recommended, and it was delicious..The chicken was thick and tender and the cheese was good quality...it's my go to place now x

Pizza Pan

I don't know what to say, excellent pizza, the pizza is full of ingredients (they don't let you go out with a pan of bread), excellent welcome, they are kind and always ready to help you

Sisi Pizzeria

Since we moved to Billingham, we tried many places but SiSi is our always go to place, why? Food is always Fresh and the meat is perfect tender and don't smell like old meat or frozen meat like most places. This is also the only place where I only eat the döner meat, taste is really good. Also, you don't get only really good takeaway but for me is also important a nice smile and have a small chit-chat. I always get a smile from SiSi team with out perfect takeaway. I wanted to thank you all the SiSi team for their hard work and delivering perfect food everytime. I also want to mention, everday when they finished their shift, they clean everything but everything in the kitchen. I know this, as I walk every day past the shop. Thank you guys and our takeaway was perfect again today as always.

Food that is served is of a good quality, there is plenty of choice of drinks to be had.

La Casa Pizza

My favourite pizza shop in Billog! Kebabs and parmos are delicious. Perfectly cooked and not greasy at all! Chips are so tasty! The fella who delivers is an absolute legend too, such a nice bloke!

Uno Pizzeria

Really good food and a great experience overall. The pizza was delicious and everything tasted fresh. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome—definitely a place I’d visit again!

Kings Arms

Always enjoy a tea out at the King's. Great atmosphere, child friendly, the staff are lovely great with the kids. Olly deserves a badge, he's the BEST!

The Swan

5 year old birthday party was excellent. Good quality nuggets and the dj was perfect with kids. I have been to many parties but I have to say this was the best organised.

Billy Town Pizza

After a really shocking experience with local Indian, Billy Town Pizza showcased great customer experience.

Estimated time was 1 hour and 20 minutes - to be expected on NYE. But they delivered after 50 minutes.

Gorgeous food and piping hot. Cheesy garlic mushrooms are the best.

Munchiez

It is one of the best takeaways in Billingham. Food quality never slips, and staff are very friendly. The parmesans are top-notch, which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Wait times are never excessive, hence 5 stars all around.

La Buona Pizza

Absolutely biblical service, bossman even gave us the three quid back for delivery since we picked it up instead. Kebab made on the spot and was eaten not long after, food was steaming, kebab sent me to heaven and back, portion size up to order. Cherry on the top of my Friday afternoon

Il Cigno Pizzeria

I had a vist around Billingham and I saw some shops in Billingham and I suddenly went to il Cigno pizzeria and I tried out the parmesans and the chicken kebab and it was the best food that I tried around the north east and the staff are so friendly and they are so kind they look after us and I do recommend this pizza shop and I will tell all my family and friends

Jassy's Pizzeria

It was at least a 4 the guy on the dough must be a bit of wizard not sure if he’s new or not.

Looking forward to trying the pineapple fritters next time.

Bombay Chilli

Ordered lamb rogan josh it was very spicy prefer it a little milder onion bahjis were nice mint dip was very spicy but meal was nice a tad hot for my palette but would try it again

Hoo Wah (Sunrise)

Christmas Eve is a busy night, but despite that this take away was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I have no idea what you put on your noodles but they’re gorgeous. Could have ate them plain as they are!

The Merlin Billingham

Absolutely gorgeous food couldn't recommend this place any higher

The Station Hotel

Ordered a Roast for delivery. Absolutely lovely fresh food, with all the trimmings. Never had a dinner so nice that’s been delivered. Very happy and will be back ?

Crispy Cod

Ordered an old classic fish chips mushy peas and gravy, yes gravy . I know some people would spit away any thought of gravy near fish, but I like it. Fish was lovely chips OK I'm not a massive chip fan,but overall, a really nice friday night fish and chips takeaway, thank you.

Cafe In The Park

Loved this cafe. Its the first time we have been and we visited just before the Billingham show. The staff were all over our Rottweiler, loving him and fussing him. Service was great, food, and drink, was great. Would recommend this place and we will return often, ?

High Grange Takeaway

Proper chippy with plenty of menu choices and the best quality food for miles around. Streets ahead of other chippies in the area, never disappointed with anything from Peter’s.

Yum Yum

The first time we have eaten from here and it won't be the last.
The quality of food was the best I've had in a long time.
Had Special Chow Mein and tasted great. Added Salt and Pepper Chicken, which was also very tasty.
Service was excellent and collected at the agreed time.
Cash only, but Sainsbury has a cash machine outside.

The Porky Pint

Great pub definitely worth a visit, good variety of drinks on offer everybody's welcome you won't find a friendlier bunch of guys n gals to have a drink with

The Astronaut

Love the astronaut and the people there. No matter how long it is between visits the bartender and the people always remember my name.
Very fair prices and they sell Mcewans 80 Bob too which is nice.
Juke box always a plus!

Great Wall

Been buying from The Great Wall for about a year now and every dish we have had have been excellent. Staff are friendly and I am attending tonight for more . You won’t be disappointed going to this Chinese!!

Hungry Jack's Billingham

Up from the south visiting family. One of ours is a very fussy GF 8yr old and found Hungry Jacks’ Parmos. The rest of us wanted a Parmo but hard to find GF options. HJ’s gluten free one went down an absolute winner! She even had leftovers for breakfast! Portion size was good. A little pricey is probably the only gripe. Will defo be back though. Service was quick & efficient.

Happiness Inn

We ordered House Special Curry and Egg Fried Rice also Chicken Chow Mein with Egg Fried Rice, also got Prawn Crackers and Veg Spring Rolls and Bottle of Coke, everything tasted great and service plus delivery driver was fantastic, friendly, helpful and polite.

Vegetarian options: Wide range of vegetarian dishes.

Robinsons Traditional Fish & Chips

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Fish & Chips – Best I’ve Had in the UK

I don’t say this lightly, but Robinsons in Billingham are probably the nicest fish and chips I’ve had anywhere in the UK.

The cod and haddock are absolutely outstanding – perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter and proper flaky white fish inside. You can tell straight away it’s fresh and done right.

The chips are spot on as well – proper chip shop chips, fluffy in the middle with just the right amount of crisp on the outside.

The curry sauce is next level – rich, full of flavour, and easily one of the best I’ve had. But the real standout for me was the homemade tartare sauce… WOW. You can instantly taste the difference – fresh, creamy, and packed with flavour.

Everything just hits the mark. Quality, taste, and consistency are all top tier.

If you’re anywhere near Billingham, this place is a must. I’ll definitely be back.
