I had to spend a few hours today at Costa based in Tesco Billingham. The food and drink I bought were good. But the staff were fantastic. They were cheerful and so friendly to all the customers throughout my stay there. There were obviously some regulars who were known to the staff but everyone was treated with respect.Great to see everyone happy in their work.They deserve a bonus ?

Either cold or too hot poor for Costa used to be good. A birthday gift card wasted. After been humiliated for getting my own sugar however the server was wearing mask under chin fully exposed while preparing my food and coffee, pot and kettle come to mind. Resulting in my anxiety and mental health going down, if the server hadn't carried on my humiliation by cracking a joke at my expense making the whole shop look at me, I might have had my coffee and food but now wot no Costa for me or my friends who I coffee with.

Very rude staff member saying I can't eat my own food even though the property belongs to tesco supermarket. I also have a stomach condition and I had a previous complaint from the manager stating I am free to eat my own food if I wish. The staff member brushed this off and said she didn't care so I have made a new complaint about his issue.I have done nothing wrong and also show me what law says I can't eat in any public space. Exactly I am a free human.
