Absolutely gutted. We decided to try these because a menu had been popped through our door for their Wednesday off of a penny pizza with orders over £12. As we got in too late for me to cook dinner what I had planned, me and my partner ordered from hungry jacks for the first time. It arrived nearly 25 minutes later than they said it would, the parmo was cold, and the pizza box was soggy from the garlic butter on the pizza. They forgot the bottle of drink on our order so I rang the Stockton hub and they confirmed they would send it out as soon as the driver was back. Over 30 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived. My partner then rang the shop, where the phone was answered, and then put on the side, we could both hear the noise of the pizza shop, and then answering the other phone when it rang. When we rang back and got through my partner expressed his disappointment with the customer service and the order. The staff member told us to send the food back with the driver delivering the bottle of pop, and they would send out fresh. All we wanted was a refund, but wasn’t offered that. If we had taken their offer it would of been after 7 before it arrived and I might as well or cooked for us. Very disappointed when they had the potential be to great. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

Thought I'd give it a try after a long time away.. ordered at 7pm and it was delivered at 7.25. Now that's amazing on a Saturday evening.. pizza was piping hot.. that's the good stuff over..I ordered "meat is on" pizza. Base was thin. Very little if any tomato base. If I took off the pepperoni my veggie mate could have eaten the rest.. very little meat. Plenty of onion and mushroom though.Dissatisfied!RobTS225EY

I always order from hungry jacks and get the same pizza. I spoke to Ben who was lovely and ordered bbq base with red onions and extra cheese. Delivery was quick and delivery girl lovely but the pizza was basic at best. I hadn't ate so had had som, the dough looked a day old and definitely no extra cheese. I rang and spoke to guy to explain he said he would get manager and there was shouting in background and then ben came on phone defensive and unapologetic. I've ordered from here for last 2 years but won't be bothering again if that's the service that's now being provided.

According to their website, the Veggie Volcano pizza has the following toppings: jalapenos, peppers, red onion, green chillies, tomatoes. We had no tomatoes, very few onions and the cheese was so thin it had no taste. Over recent months the quality has reduced progressively to the point whereby this pizza is now defiantly not worth the money. We'll now be looking elsewhere or simply make our own cheese on toast where at least we'll be able to taste something.

Professional and polite staff from counter to door. I had the gluten free parmo and it was excellent, perfect chicken, sauce and cheese ratios that didn't lack in flavour. Well done ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free choices excellent
Garlick bread was wrong garlick bread and so dry and hard and sharp you could have slit your lips off with it when trying to eat it, so of course, didnt bother. Bye bye, never again.
