I had to ask for my meat cut into pieces after he had put whole into salad and covered in Mayo. His response was are you sure it’s going to be messy for me to do. Every Subway I have visited always cut meat to allow you to eat on the go. Also where is my napkin. ☹️

Absolutely terrible at getting your order right on uber eats and they are so stingy ordered the sharer box nachos and they gave me the same amount as the normal one aswell as that is was the original and not flamin hot. Billingham town so much better give you a full box of nachos and always get my order right happily pay an extra 50p and wait a bit longer do not go here ??

Won’t let you make your own sandwiches and forces you to eat a set menu sandwich. As a vegetarian, this limits you to like 2-3 sandwiches, none of which are satisfactory. No point coming here. Subway is meant to be a build your own sandwich shop yet I was denied to be allowed to put any veg or salad into my sub!

my sandwich has poo in , and I ordered a Diet Coke and got vodka

Never understand the logic of how much bread is wasted in making a kids sandwich but aware there a kids meal but the guy who served us make it so small it was pointless, any other subway allows kids a small draft drink here we were told quite rudely it was a fruit shoot, felt the service was lacking and child's sandwich was a disgrace will actively look to find another subway branch or another fast food
