Been here twice now and can not fault it. I've and the light bite parrnesan both times - just the right size. Enough to feel contently full, without being stuffed. My husband has had the belly pork. Both were absolutely delicious. Service is always friendly and prompt. I really like the decor, cosy and fun. Prices are really good. A great place. We'll be back.

It wasn’t great. We had to pre order because we were a large party. We waited quite a while between starters and main- an hour from when we first entered. The chicken burger was stone cold and greasy. 4 people in the party had mussels- the amount that were unopened amounted to nearly a full portion. Mentioned it to the waiter who really didn’t give two hoots. I expected more- especially when they knew what food we were having.A bit of customer service wouldn’t have gone amiss either.

Not great, initially waited 35 minutes for a starter and then waiting an hour for the main. Starter wasn’t too bad, but the mains were a huge disappointment. Southern fried chicken burger was soggy and mushy, the fries were incredibly salty and some overcooked with some undercooked. The duck was insanely raw… was not asked how we would like it cooked. The kids food was decent but you can’t really get the kids menu wrong. The prices you pay for the quality you get is ridiculous, either the food quality needs sorting out or the prices need to be dropped dramatically.

Unfortunately this is easily the worst pub food I've ever had and I'm not fussy! We went for a 2 course festive menu on Xmas eve and should have known as there was only us eating. The soup was tasteless and the main course was very close to being inedible, the beef was so tough I could have resoled my shoes with it. When I told the waitress she responded with aaaaah, as if she felt sorry for me! Never again, in my opinion avoid at all costs.
