Received abuse by the delivery driver upon answering the door. "lucky" to get my order according to him. I ordered, paid and it was accepted? Not sure what his problem was. Half of the order was also wrong but after the shoddy attitude from the driver didn't think it was worthwhile contacting then directly. Could use some customer service training.

For Pizza that’s almost £20 each and contains the exact same ingredients of pizzas that are £8each you expect perfection, Every-time.We ordered two on a hangover Sunday and they Both arrived undercooked, beige looking, floppy and just flat out terrible.We had to bang them in the air fryer to give them a second chance at life.Will never order again, overpriced under delivered.

Me and my husband use the app frequently. I placed a large order that was £90, as our oven is broken. The order was Sunday 20th August. The food was to be eaten over 4 days. My husband answered the door and said hello to the delivery driver, he apparently didn't greet my husband back but went on and on in the middle of the street about our £90 order. Saying he was incredibly surprised and "who spends £90 on Domio's". Quite rude, to say the least. We'll be taking a break from here for a long time because of this incident. Food was nice! I'm a big fan of the soy nuggets!

I usually love dominos; but on Friday 4th this store really let the brand down!!!. Furthermore after talking to dominos customer care team; they obviously wanted to lose a customer permanently as they have done nothing to resolve me issue.The incident:. I ordered on the app on Friday 4th and after 15 mins of the order not changing on the pizza tracker I came down to the store to see on the board that it still said prep 8 minutes to go.Upon entering the store I could see there was an issue as the orders board was rammed. There was a staff member eating a customer order in the actual kitchen which is not acceptable under food preparation legislation ; as it contaminated the kitchen.The oven had broken which really wasnt the store fault; however my issue is with how it was dealt with. Firstly they were still accepting orders they knew they couldn't fullfil. They didn't bother ringing to say about the problem which meant I wasted petrol. The staff were eating half the customer orders; I am assuming as the whole order wasn't ready.The colleague on the till couldn't care less when I asked about the refund; just kept saying it will be refunded in 5 days. Still no refund at the moment.Had to pay again and go to spennymore store which took more time and added 9 more miles onto my trip.So I have decided to contact customer care. They bascially apologied for the inconvenience and offered a voucher for a free pizza and dip. But I could only have that or the refund!!!! . It's rediculous why would I now want the voucher when I am not considering ever going to dominos again!. Refund requested apparently it shall take 5 days or I need to contact them again . Rediculous you really have under performed. Hopefully this review will warn others about your customer service if there order goes wrong.Richard

Ordered a 12 inch pepperoni pizza but was given a 12 inch poopeeroni pizza insted. I did take the order back but it was half eaten by this point so the manager refused to refund me and instead spat on me and called me a "scruffy little melt".

Ordered 2 large pizza’s from the Bishop Auckland branch as a treat for our daughter. Unfortunately, one had half the topping missing and the other was burnt to a crisp. Had to leave most of it and the bits we did eat were not up to the usual standards we expect from dominos. Very disappointing

I am so sorry Dominoes! ? We genuinely love getting pizza from you and we have done for years but something is going on at the moment! Always used to get the best food from here but for the past few months we have never gotten our correct order from you. There's always items missing or hardly any toppings. These pizzas cost so frickin much that even we are getting frustrated now. I don't want for you to lose your customers but with the cost of living being what it is you will do if you don't get your act together. I can see from other reviews that lots of people think the same!

food missing off order, despite a call to the branch after ordering to say please don't forget the plain wings and a few days ago you sent two spicy, when one should have been plain. order comes and plain wings are missing ?‍♀️ nachos are absolutely burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. delivery driver was rude and when I asked "Where's my husbands plain chicken wings?" he shrugged his shoulders said " well I don't know, ring branch" and shut his door on me. totally unacceptable, rude and unprofessional. can't eat anything other than the spicy wings which only I can have so a waste of an order. only offered an £11 refund too when the order was almost £30. joke of a place
