Second time I’ve had to call about wrong food being delivered tonight I waited 46 mins for delivery only to receive wrong order then had to wait an additional 30 mins for right order by the time I got it I didn’t want it I was past waiting first order was stone cold baring in mind I little live 5 mins along the road from themI will certainly NOT be ordering again

Absolutely awful! 3 hours 19 minutes and 2 phone calls later I got inedible food. Wouldn’t even serve it to my dog. Was offered half price next order, not a chance in hell will there be a next order! Complete waste of money, definitely

We used to order from these regularly. Food quality and delivery service had dropped right off lately. Food took 2 hours to get to us from ordering. Pizza was cold and the wedges had been re-heated.It was the best pizza shop in the area.Won't be ordering again until they turn it around.

Food is unreal order every week if not 2 times a week but price now is 2 much and £4.50 delivery is a rip off I will not be ordering again at them

Absolutely foul. STAY AWAY. Made an order to collect. The place itself is that dirty and smelly. Was carrying the food home, and I could smell something foul coming out if the pizza box. As soon as I arrived home and we started to open the boxes, my partner nearly threw up from the same dirty smell I could smell. Can't seem to get the same smell out of my hands and nose whatever it is they need to be shut down. Very unhygienic so stay away. If london pizza sees this I'm coming down for my money back soon. And also will be reporting to hygiene. Shame to leave the type of review. London pizza was great a couple of years ago... Didn't get pictures as it went straight in the bin as soon as my son started Gipping. Disgusting sort it out.

Took over an hour to come, the food was very cold and there wasn’t much cheese on the cheesy chips and the cheese wasn’t melted
Delivery was 2 hours from ordering the food to being delivered when I tried to phone the number was either engaged or called out no help

Told an hour. Accepted. Phoned after 1 nd half hours and was told it's being cooked now. Dunno why they take orders if they can't fulfil them. Very bad service

Over 2 hours to receive barely warm food. I don't understand why takeaways accept orders when they can't deliver. I could have ordered from an alternative if given the opportunity. The takeaway gave the option to select ingredients but chose to send whatever they felt. Unfortunately I have not had a good experience of this takeaway.
