Always served the food ordered, usually it is very quick but I know at busy times the road layout is not ideal, the food is usually to a high standard, and served well presented, the are staff friendly and the orders taken correctly.

Ordered on the app for delivery After an hour food still hadn’t arrived When it did arrive the driver said he had been to the wrong address Food was stone cold and not really fit to eat Rang and complained and did receive a refund of my food but not the delivery charge which is the reason why the food was cold Won’t be ordering via delivery ever again

The driver threw service is not very almost every time I go thay get order wrong. When you as for plan berger just with bacon and ketchup. Then when I get home they put cheese on witch my 13 year old daughter doesn't like she gets upset. ?

I hate that this is my local McDonald's because it is appalling, the food is almost never right, our order always missing something, takes ages go arrive, no sauce, straws or care given packing the bag. Just avoid at all costs.

It's McDonald's at Bishop Auckland, what can you say?Usually 50/50 chance of whether the milkshake machine is working or there is another random excuse for it not. Have started to get a liking for banana-chocolate milkshake when I ask for chocolate; however, they can't replicate when you ask for banana-chocolate flavour.Hardest worker in the restaurant is the lady who cleans up the main restaurant area; she's lovely, friendly and a proper character.

Stone cold delivery on a night takes over an hour drive through only takes 10 minutes unless it's busy you may aswell just pick up your orders for those that can live 3 mins down the road and the order is cold and missing items night staff need to get act together or sack drivers.

This review is about a particular member of staff. As someone that works in a very similar field I have never seen such appalling customer service. I understand that it isn’t a job you’re going to be ecstatic about, but I do expect at least an ounce more politeness. We ordered our food, payed and then waited at the last window. Shannon opened the window, gave us our food and slammed the window before we had a chance to say thank you or ask for any sauces. She didn’t hand us our drink so we tapped on the window and she opened it with a very blunt “what”. We informed her we hadn’t received our drinks to which she replied “what drinks?” Again very blunt. We told her it was a latte and she once again slammed the window then returned with the drink. No sorry or politeness what so ever, not even a word. I don’t normally complain but I feel like the manager should be aware that their staff member, Shannon, needs a refresher on basic human manners.

Ordered on the App for restaurant collection and as I approached the front doors two employees emerged. The smaller of the two who looked like a scruffy smack rat coughed openly in the face of approaching customers before spitting towards the bin located directly outside the entrance. On leaving rat boy was standing in a cloud of vape directly in the path of customers. I know recruitment is difficult but come on surely you can do better than employing someone who is totally devoid of basic manners and social skills. As said in previous reviews I’d avoid this place at all costs.

One of the worst McDonalds I've been in to be honest. No atmosphere. Coffee cold due to standing for so long. I don't know what's happened to Macdonald's but it ain't what it used to be sadly. They seem more focused on food delivery orders than customers visiting the site to sit down and eat.

Terrible, all they did was burgers. We sat for 30 minutes before we realised the waitress wasn't coming then we ordered of a 3 ft High sticky iPad. No plates or metal cutlery and no table cloths or condiments. Choice of Alcoholic drinks was none existent. Its KFC for me next time. Hope its an improvement on this.
