Waiting 35 minutes in an order bay when lots of cars keeping being served in the drive thru and getting their food isn't a great experience. They didn't even warn us that their would be a long wait. Poor customer service.

This KFC at Ferryhill is a small drive Thu and eat in restaurant but it has the full usual menu which is always gorgeous , the service is very quick and the staff are friendly and professional , the car parking is limited but not too small, there is wheelchair Access to the restaurant and parking.

This must be the worst kfc I have ever been to. This is not necessarily a reflection on the food, kfc is kfc, almost every one knows what it tastes like. So judging on service, constantly have to wait, employees just don't care. I went yesterday around 7pm, 2 boneless banquet meals, not a complicated order by any stretch. Order in after about 3 minutes at the window, drive round sit behind another car for another 5 minutes. Get to the window to be told will be about 10 minutes on my order as if it was normal. I'm sorry but that is incompetence.

Totally shocking. Received wrong order from a new guy I pointed this out to a more experienced member of staff and she basically said your stuck with it you paid for the other. Then Brioney got a black hair in her beans. Won't be back here in a while. Waited ages to be served too with only one person in front of us. McDonald's over the road next time.
