I do usually like this KFC but they took our order then went to collect from window to be told no chicken on the bone would have to wait about 30minutes so changed order then they had no gravy. Bad service this time.
Food slow, burgers appear to have got smaller. More like a mini fillet than a fillet. Bins full, floor slippery. The only time I have not cleared my rubbish away in a fast food outlet. Nowhere to put it. All in all not that great but at least the food was hot.

This KFC at Ferryhill is a small drive Thu and eat in restaurant but it has the full usual menu which is always gorgeous , the service is very quick and the staff are friendly and professional , the car parking is limited but not too small, there is wheelchair Access to the restaurant and parking.
