“We absolutely love coming here, literally don’t use any other sensory since luckily coming across clart about. It is a bit out of our way but 100% worth the travel. We started coming here just before my baby turned 2 month, he’s now 6 month and we both love it still. Such a nice relaxing environment and the staff are so friendly. They take their time to talk to you and make you feel welcomed. Everything is in immaculate condition, very clean! We haven’t actually tried the food as of yet but it does look very nice - will deffo be trying sometime soon! I would 100% recommend Clart About!

The good:
- Prepared and served by the dream team of Consett's own Kitt Harrington and the mysterious lady on the grill. Outstanding work!
- nice, thick bacon, 2 good eggs, perfect hash browns, decent pot of tea.
- everything seems clean, well ordered.

Less good:
- 'fun size' bangers (they were tasty)
- no tomatoes, mushrooms or black pudding.
