Very poor customer service, called and booked food, arrived late, then wrong food, called and said why had happened and then got grief over the phone saying I was wrong in my order, it was clear as can be however they didn’t think so, do yourself a favour go elsewhere, this place has gone downhill recently, customer service at its lowest level, very poor attitude and not long for this area with customer service like this, Derwentside Pizza and others around have certainly surpassed the very poor customer service and lower levels of food satisfaction for Consett. Never again I wonder how po g it will take before this place has gone bust due to attitude.

Ordered on just eat. Called an hour after we placed the order to tell us there was no bolognaise burger. Asked what we wanted instead. We asked for them to swap it to a kebab. They sent a burger with curry sauce as replacement for the bolognaise burger. Shocking communication and staff need to work on listening.

Prices okay but unfortunately the food did take an hour and a half to arrive and wasn't very nice and quite greasy

Ordered 1 fish and chips and a portion of fish bites and chips with curry sauce. The bill was £17. The fish and chips were ok however the fish bites! I’ve seen bigger gold fish won at the fairground. £4.50 for four tiny fish bites the size of my pinky.I went back to ask if this was correct and it was. I was told, Cod’s expensive! Don’t I know it! I won’t be returning. I took a picture but can’t upload it on here. Stick to Delves lane chippy. Read the other reviews, wish I did.

100 minute wait for food, when it arrived it was stone cold and the order was wrong.Won’t be making that mistake again.Poor.

Ordered food, waited 2 hours and had some poor excuse about how UBER was delayed. Food still isnt delivered. They called at 1:04am to confirm address and then said the order came through at 1:06am. This is ridiculously poor standard. I know from experience the restaurant have to confirm the order so the excuses are ridiculous.

Waiting 25 minutes for large chips and when I got them I had about a half of a bag, I know times are hard but £2.50 for half a bag of chips is taking the mick
